1.What is Dye Sublimation?

A: Sublimation is a process by which dye is permanently bonded, through heat and pressure, to fabric (substrate). Since the dye is not just prInted on the surface, the colors will not fade or crack over time and use/wear, or even washing. Advances in the machinery used allow near picture quality facsimiles and practically limitless design possibilities.

2. What is your Minimum Quantity?

A: Minimum number of pieces available at a certain price is called MOQ (minimum order quantity). Ours is 10 pcs, due to the cost index of delivery. It’s the best way to keep costs low. We can produce and ship individual pcs, but at a higher cost. We take orders ranging from 5-5000pcs. If you are looking to start your own business, we can help you grow quickly. 3. Are you a factory?

A: Yes we are a factory established in Shenzhen, China since 2008. We have 100+ workers on our team. We welcome a visit any time!

4. How does your factory do quality control?

A: We are very focused on details. Before printing, we will send a print file which shows each jersey and print a mini version design on the fabric to double check the colors and design. Before sewing, We have workers sort and examine all the pieces to make sure there are no dirty marks or backward prints, etc. Before shipping, we have QC check all the finished products to make sure there are no loose threads, wrong tags or any other sewing problems, etc.

5.Do you take custom orders?

A: Yes! Just provide your own designs or tell us your idea so that we can help create it for you.

6. Do you offer free samples?

A: Sorry, we don’t, unless it is a stock sample. In this case, you would only need to pay a shipping fee which is usually about $30. For a custom sample, $55-$60, which includes shipping. This cost can be deducted if and when you place a full order of 50+ pieces.

7. Do you charge extra for numbers and names?

A: Numbers, names and delivery are all included in our quoted price. Specialty requests such as laced collars, tags, design assistance or remote shipping can incur additional charges.

8,Do you do cut and sew or embroidery?

A: We can do cut and sew or embroidery if the order is more than 150pcs. Prices may vary on specialty orders.

9. What is the turnaround time?

A: Less than 100pcs, 7-9 days for production and 3-5 days via DHL. During the pandemic, it will likely take 7-10 days for delivery due to fewer flights.
